5. Extra Charges for Above-Ground Floor Deliveries: Deliveries to locations above the ground floor may incur additional charges if a cargo elevator is not available.
6. Delivery Date Liability: While we strive to meet the delivery dates submitted to you, we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control. Fresh Furniture will not provide compensation, refunds, or damages for deliveries made beyond the specified delivery date and time.
7. Replacement Processing Time: Replacement requests will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the receipt of the returned product by Fresh Furniture, provided the goods are received in an acceptable condition.

3. Product Stability: For products designed to be placed on the floor, make sure they stand steady and straight upon delivery.
- For seating products, we recommend sitting on the item to confirm that the structure is stable and can support your weight comfortably.
4. Internal Finish of Storage Products: We take care to ensure that the internal areas of our storage products are well finished to prevent loose pieces or splinters that could potentially harm you. Please be aware that the level of polish on internal areas may not match that of external surfaces.
