2. Refund and a Favorable Replacement Policy: We do offer refunds for our products within 14 days. However, we do have a customer-friendly replacement policy, subject to certain conditions.

3. Damaged Delivery: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement of the affected product(s). To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

• Ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
• Package the return items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Please note that if issues are not reported upon delivery, we will assume that the products were delivered in excellent condition, and the complaint will not be processed.

4. Order Modifications and Liability: Orders cannot be changed or modified after delivery. Fresh Furniture is not responsible for any damage incurred while moving goods through narrow corridors and stairwells.

5. Extra Charges for Above-Ground Floor Deliveries: Deliveries to locations above the ground floor may incur additional charges if a cargo elevator is not available.

6. Delivery Date Liability: While we strive to meet the delivery dates submitted to you, we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control. Fresh Furniture will not provide compensation, refunds, or damages for deliveries made beyond the specified delivery date and time.

7. Replacement Processing Time: Replacement requests will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the receipt of the returned product by Fresh Furniture, provided the goods are received in an acceptable condition.

• Examine all external surfaces of the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or signs of borer or insect infestations.
• If you notice minor issues like dust or a lack of shine on the surface, our installation team will be prepared to address them immediately. They can apply a coat of wood polish or gently rub the surface with a cloth, which is a standard method in the industry for cleaning and polishing.

3. Product Stability: For products designed to be placed on the floor, make sure they stand steady and straight upon delivery.

• For seating products, we recommend sitting on the item to confirm that the structure is stable and can support your weight comfortably.

4. Internal Finish of Storage Products: We take care to ensure that the internal areas of our storage products are well finished to prevent loose pieces or splinters that could potentially harm you. Please be aware that the level of polish on internal areas may not match that of external surfaces.
